Unlock Joy for a Peaceful Existence

Imagine a world where all of us are focusing on and prioritizing joy. And what if happiness in one’s daily life can lead to a sense of inner peace and contentment?

Would this joy lead to a more fulfilled and peaceful existence?

In this book, JOY, AND HEALING, author Torkom Saraydarian states, , “Joy stimulates your emotional centers. When the emotional centers are stimulated, joy cleans and purifies your whole emotional system.  Joy throws out all negative emotions. When you are joyful, you do not hate. When you are joyful, you can’t be angry: you don’t have fear. When you are joyful you are not jealous or revengeful. In a sense, joy heals your body and your emotions. This means that joy eliminates many bad things from your emotional realm. Without joy, you can’t do anything constructive.”

If all people in the world had a peaceful existence, it could lead to a more harmonious and cooperative global community, with less stress and conflict. People would be more inclined to work together to solve common problems, such as poverty, inequality, and environmental issues.

Additionally, individuals with a sense of inner peace may be less likely to engage in harmful or violent behavior. This could potentially lead to a world with less crime, war, and suffering, and more prosperity and well-being for all. However, it’s important to note that it’s not a simple solution and there are many factors that contribute to a peaceful society.

A peaceful was    LnJ orld starts in the workplace where many of the world’s critical issues are solved.  A workplace focused on joy might have some common characteristics that may include:

  • Positive and supportive relationships between colleagues
  • Clear communication and a lack of conflict or drama
  • A sense of shared purpose and vision among employees
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • A healthy work-life balance
  • A sense of autonomy and ownership over one’s work
  • Recognition and appreciation of employees’ contributions
  • A comfortable and visually pleasing work environment

In this type of workplace, employees may feel motivated and engaged and be more likely to be productive and innovative. They should feel that they are valued and respected and that their contributions make a meaningful impact on the company and its mission. Overall, a peaceful and joyful workplace where people feel fulfilled in their work would allow them to live their authentic

A peaceful family also can impact global peace, after all our children are the future.  If joy was a cornerstone, we may expect world leaders among them with joyful characteristics;

  • A strong sense of trust and love among family members
  • Clear communication and a lack of conflict or drama
  • Shared values and a sense of unity
  • Opportunities for shared experiences and bonding
  • A healthy balance of individual and collective activities
  • Support and encouragement for each other’s goals and dreams
  • A comfortable and visually pleasing home environment
  • Laughing and having fun together

In this type of family, members may feel a sense of belonging and security, and be more likely to be open and supportive of one another. They should feel that they are valued and respected, and that their contributions make a meaningful impact on the family.

Suppose the entire world, the workplace, and families knew peace and joy for a good portion of the day, we would be more harmonious, cooperative, and prosperous. Some potential characteristics could include:

  • Low crime and violence rates
  • High levels of trust and cooperation among individuals and communities
  • A sense of shared purpose and vision for the world
  • A healthy balance of individual and collective activities
  • Support and encouragement for each other’s goals and dreams
  • Low levels of poverty, inequality, and suffering
  • A healthy balance of work and leisure
  • A comfortable and visually pleasing environment
  • People being happy and fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.

This type of society would be one where individuals are able to pursue their goals and dreams while also being able to contribute to the well-being of the community. Furthermore, the lack of conflict and stress would result in a more productive society with a greater sense of well-being and satisfaction. Overall, a society where peace and joy are present in all aspects of life would likely be one that is more prosperous, equitable, and harmonious.

It would be amazing to have a society where peace and joy are present in all aspects of life. It would likely lead to greater well-being and happiness for individuals, improved relationships and cooperation among communities, and a more productive and prosperous society overall.

Of course, we would have to address societal issues such as poverty, inequality, and discrimination, as well as foster positive values and relationships in individuals, families, and communities, and what if we could solve those complex issues with joy?

Of course, we would get to shift in the way we approach and think about these problems. Rather than approaching them with a sense of defeat or despair, we would approach them with a sense of hope and positivity. This could potentially lead to more creative and innovative solutions, as well as greater engagement and participation from individuals and communities in working towards these solutions.

Additionally, approaching societal issues with joy could also involve emphasizing the benefits and positive outcomes that could result from solving these problems, rather than focusing solely on the negative aspects. This could lead to a more energized and motivated population, who are more likely to get involved and make a difference.

Some would argue that the idea that joy is not a panacea for solving complex societal issues is a in fields such as sociology, political science, and psychology. These experts would argue that societal issues such as poverty, inequality, and discrimination are deeply rooted and multifaceted, and cannot be solved solely by an emphasis on joy and positivity. They would say that these issues require a combination of policy changes, social programs, and cultural shifts in order to be effectively addressed, and that joy, while important and beneficial, is only one aspect of a more comprehensive solution.

All that aside, we have tried everything, why not simply JOY? Joy can be a leading factor in a comprehensive approach to inspiring people to take action and work towards solutions. A positive attitude and mindset can help people approach problems in a more constructive way and make them more open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Additionally, by emphasizing the benefits and positive outcomes that can result from solving these problems, it can help to build support and engagement among individuals and communities.

Is joy alone enough to solve these issues? Can we make cultural shifts and do the tough work; and provide people with the tools and resources they need to improve their economic situation?

What do we have to lose by using Joy to Unlock a Peaceful Existence?
