The Miller Center, in collaboration with Joyely, LLC, organize a community education and connection event to recognize National Mental Health Awareness Month. The event focused on the power of positive emotions in maintaining healthy mental well-being. Joyely, LLC, a company specializing in building joyful company cultures discussed its 4-step process for helping employees navigate emotions and cultivate more productive emotions like gratitude, hope, and joy.
Anthony Ragusea, a Board Certified Clinical Psychologist, spoke about the research behind these practices and their significance in daily life. The event took place at The Miller Center. Refreshments were enjoyed by the guests, discussions, and networking opportunities were in full swing.
