to Empower Young Minds

    — Launch at SHRM Event in Las Vegas —

LAS VEGAS – June 1, 2023 – JOYELY LLC, a Nevada corporation dedicated to harnessing the transformative power of joy, is excited to formally announce its partnership with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada (JASN) at the upcoming Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Annual Conference in Las Vegas from June 12-14, 2023.

JOYELY will showcase JASN at its booth, offering guests a unique opportunity to make donations. Additionally, JASN will be featured in the JOYELY Living eMagazine, which will be gifted to all 16,000 attendees. This collaboration will extend beyond the event, with JASN participating in community events and incorporating the Chair of Joy model into various aspects of their outreach. Both organizations share a common commitment to prioritizing children’s well-being, promoting joy, and supporting JASN’s mission of empowering young people.

At the SHRM event, attendees will have the chance to visit the JOYELY booth and contribute to Junior Achievement if they choose to do so. Before experiencing the Chair of Joy™ and interacting with a JASN representative, guests can make donations. These contributions will directly support JASN’s mission to serve over 20,000 K-12 students annually, focusing on financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. The funds raised will be utilized to provide classroom materials, engage volunteers, and expand the reach of JASN’s programs

“Children are our future, and investing in their education and well-being is paramount,” said Sheryl Lynn, founder of JOYELY, LLC. Partnering with Junior Achievement of Nevada allows us to positively impact young minds through the Chair of Joy™ experience. By introducing joy, positivity, and resilience, we inspire and nurture students’ creativity and emotional well-being. Together, we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of K-12 students, fostering their growth and empowering them for a successful future.

The SHRM event, commemorating the organization’s (or human resources organization’s, so not immediately repeating SHRM) 75th anniversary, provides a platform for seasoned executives to learn and share insights on retaining top talent, keeping employees engaged, and increasing productivity. JOYELY’s presence at the event highlights the importance of joy in the workplace and its transformative potential in revolutionizing organizations.

“We believe that joy is an untapped resource waiting to be harnessed in the business world,” added Sheryl Lynn. “Our journey together at the SHRM event will explore the remarkable power of joy in business and its ability to spark productivity, fuel purpose, and drive lasting impact. We invite all attendees to join us on this joy-infused path and unleash their true potential.”

The collaboration between JOYELY and Junior Achievement of Nevada aligns with the shared goal of making a positive change in the lives of young people. By investing in education, financial literacy, and workforce readiness, the partnership aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to create a better future for themselves and their communities.

“This collaboration is a perfect match for us, as both Sheryl and I believe that our youth are our future,” said Michelle Jackson, president and CEO of JASN. “Joyely can help us achieve our mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy as well as to empower them to own their economic success. I’m excited for more opportunities to partner with JOYELY and see the impact we make and students thrive.”
