Super Julie Braun, Super Purposes

Julie Braun is the founder and CEO of Super Purposes. The company helps people get the career and salary they deserve regardless of their challenges. They work with Veterans, stay-at-home parents, immigrants, folks from the LGBTQIA community, and folks with addictions or alcoholism.

Super Purposes has also helped formerly incarcerated individuals, people who have lost their passion for what they do, people with disabilities – learning, physical or psychiatric; we are the people who help take fear and formality out of the career. Super purposes has helped over 16,000 people get the job they deserve.

Julie has worked with the likes of Victoria’s Secret, MTV, Nike, Estee Lauder, and Carters Childrenswear. She always felt out of place and like she had a secret in her learning disability, as she held high-level positions without a Masters degree. This inspired Super Purposes, to avoid others facing her challenges in growing their own careers.

Listen to this uplifting JOYELY Podcast episode with Julie about helping people overcome their struggles and find their dream jobs.
Here are some of the uplifting topics covered on this week’s show:
• The story of Julie’s imposter syndrome and how it made her empathetic to others’ similar struggles.
• Julie’s work with marginalized job seekers and overcoming their own worst enemy: themselves.
• Why working to help others can help bring joy to the community as a whole instead of working specifically for pride or money.
• How many CEOs find themselves in a middle of an untapped miracle.
