Elevating the Conversation: How JOY Intelligence™ is Shifting Workplace Culture

Sheryl Lynn, founder of JOYELY® and creator of the JOY Intelligence™ framework, will once again take the stage during Leadership Week 2025, presented by The Los Angeles Tribune from May 1–7, 2025.

With over 2 million viewers last year and 81 hours of broadcast content, this event is one of the most dynamic global leadership forums—bringing together 225+ speakers, round-the-clock hosting, and seven days of powerful insight.
