As the driving force behind the global JOYELY Movement, Sheryl and her team of experts transform lives and organizations by using innovative methodologies, emotional intelligence tools, and data-driven insights to create thriving, resilient cultures. With a career rooted in innovation and impact, Bailey combines expertise in corporate systems, emotional well-being, and organizational development to create meaningful, lasting change.

Her leadership at Daimler included founding a mental and physical health resource group that now supports over 14,000 employees across three countries. At Nike WHQ, she excelled in high-pressure roles, spearheading data automation initiatives that streamlined workflows and improved efficiency.

At JOYELY, Bailey applies her diverse experience to develop programs and tools that inspire resilience, connection, and growth. She is passionate about empowering others to make joy a sustainable practice, believing it is the cornerstone of thriving cultures and communities.

With a deep passion for ending homelessness, she brings hope to those who feel lost, providing encouragement, guidance, and advocacy every step of the way.
      As a psychotherapist, motivational speaker, and workshop instructor, Cyndi combines her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with her commitment to mindfulness and spiritual growth. She leads A Mindful Change Behavioral Health and C2C Outreach Ministries, focusing on transformative healing and empowerment. Cyndi is also the author of Gifts, a Christian paranormal fantasy book series that inspires faith and resilience.

      As a dynamic leader, Gretchen excels in public speaking, training, and program development, fostering health literacy and wellness within diverse communities. Her mission is to inspire positive change through innovative strategies and compassionate guidance, making her a trusted advocate for holistic well-being.

She is a spiritual coach, BioAcoustic practitioner, and HeartMath facilitator, blending energy healing techniques to help individuals achieve emotional balance and coherence.
      Leena shares her insights through her podcast, Vibrationally Speaking with Leena Z., and her upcoming book, Becoming Magnanimous! She also facilitates personal growth groups, fostering safe spaces for connection and learning.
