“The Chair of Joy™ is a humanitarian effort. Incredible to watch this movement unfold! The Chair of Joy concept needs to be everywhere, wherever people are.” Dr. Adal M. Hussain, Phd
JOYELY’s most recent event took place in NYC at the Mental Health Summitt put on by Marc Segnelick. Dr. Hussain was in the audience. He is the Executive Producer & CTO WLTV Networks & Co-Founder of HUMANITARIANS OF THE WORLD INC (HOTWINC).
Dr Hussain gave the nod, the one that said, yes, The Chair of Joy™ made me sit up and listen, you were speaking Ghandi principles and I know them well, he said. Dr. Adal’s good friend, His Eminence Shylpa Tenzin Rinpoche Founder of Peace Sanctuary, was someone he recently was with and mentioned synergies between the JOYELY mission and His Eminence’s teachings.
Humanitarian efforts refer to actions that aim to promote well-being and alleviate the suffering of people who are affected by conflicts, disasters, or other crises. When it comes to joy, humanitarian efforts may involve providing support and assistance to individuals and communities who are experiencing difficult circumstances that have stripped them of their happiness and sense of well-being.
For example, humanitarian efforts to promote joy may include providing access to basic needs such as food, shelter, and clean water, as well as access to education, healthcare, and other resources that can help individuals and communities build a better future for themselves. Humanitarian organizations may also provide emotional support and counseling to help people cope with trauma and grief, and work to rebuild the social fabric of communities that have been torn apart by conflict or disaster.
In addition to providing direct assistance, humanitarian efforts may also involve advocating for policies and programs that promote joy and well-being for all, as well as raising awareness about the challenges and needs of people who are affected by crises. By promoting joy and well-being, humanitarian efforts can help to restore hope, dignity, and resilience to individuals and communities who have experienced profound suffering.
JOYELY’s humanitarian effort is to give everyone the ability to realize and recognize that feeling better and even know that the power of joy can happen nearly immediately inside of us when we decide to produce it and command it from ourselves. This is not pseudo joy, but better feelings that are not induced by drugs, alcohol, shopping, eating, etc, but real joy, the kind of joy we know deep in our hearts, the joy that fills us up and sustains us during each day.
Where do you believe we need to go first with The Chair of Joy™ Programs, to veterans, seniors, schools, educators, board rooms, hospitals, and/or overseas? We at JOYELY are open to receiving your nod that says, Yes, this is needed. You are a leader and someone who believes that we have work to do with each other as it pertains to mental health. That is why we are asking for your nod. Can you open a door for us to walk through?
