We are seeking is a strong leader to fill the role as the CEO. This joyful person has achieved great respect and credibility and has sustained it over a significant period of time. Our CEO is passionate about leading the march of millions to realize the Return on Joy (ROJ).

CEO duties and responsibilities;

As the highest-ranking executive in the JOYELY organization, the CEO is primarily responsible for leading the company into making major decisions. Included but not limited to:

Act as the figurehead, alongside Sheryl Lynn, building the organization and communicating with stockholders, government entities, and the general public.
Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies.
In the day to day activities, working with the team to achieve goals.
Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization & its growth/scale.
Manage the organization’s resources.
Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
LEAD fundraising efforts.
Oversee the team who is driving research and content creation.
